Multi-Point Wellness Checklist
- White glove cleaning of components
- Inspect all equipment (itemized with recommendations)
- Check batteries in wireless locks and UPS devices
- Ensure all wiring is neatly installed and properly labeled

Our Care Plans enable us to perform most maintenance, updates, support, and system repairs remotely. When a system requires attention, we can often complete the updates directly from our office, eliminating the need for an on-site visit. This remote capability saves both time and costs for you and for us, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Yes, your system can remain reliable even without a Care Plan, but having a plan in place significantly reduces the need for hardware replacements and on-site troubleshooting. Systems under the RCGCare program benefit from regular maintenance, including essential software and firmware updates, which help keep everything running smoothly and prevent unexpected issues.
If you choose not to enroll in a Care Plan, you can still receive support on a pay-per-incident or hourly basis. However, you will not have access to priority scheduling, after-hours support, proactive system maintenance, or many other exclusive benefits that come with the plan.
We can monitor and update nearly any device connected to your network, including all critical system automations. This ensures your systems remain optimized and secure, with minimal disruption.
We offer 12-month term agreements for our plans with the ability to auto-renew. This provides you with ongoing support and system care for the duration of the term.
RCGCare Plans are available with flexible billing options, either on a monthly or yearly basis, allowing you to choose the payment structure that best suits your needs.
